USA Water Ski is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, membership-based organization and the national governing body of organized water skiing in the United States as recognized by the United States Olympic Committee. USA Water Ski is a member of the International Waterski & Wakeboard Federation and the Pan American Sports Organization. The largest and most active water ski federation in the world, USA Water Ski has a staff of 10 people and is based in Polk City, Fla. In 2014 USA Water Ski celebrated 75 years of being “on the water” with an active membership of 15,000+ people and a database of more than 75,000 people across nine sport disciplines. USA Water Skis mission is to advance and service water skiing through education, widespread participation, promotion and sustained excellence in competition.
